By registering as a Vendor and uploading Products to CactusCraft.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Ownership

You remain the owner of all Products you upload to CactusCraft.com, including all applicable intellectual property rights.

CactusCraft does not acquire ownership of your Products.

2. Vendor Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content, legality and accuracy of your Products.

You confirm that you have all rights, licenses and permissions necessary to sell each Product through CactusCraft.com.

You must not upload or sell Products that infringe the copyright, trademark, design rights or other rights of any third party.

You are responsible for resolving any legal claims relating to your Products and for providing CactusCraft with reasonable cooperation and documentation if such a claim arises.

3. License to CactusCraft

By uploading a Product, you grant CactusCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, reproduce and distribute the Product as necessary to operate, sell and promote it through CactusCraft.com.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Product to CactusCraft.

4. Non-Exclusive Sales

Your Products are not exclusive to CactusCraft.

You may sell, license or distribute the same Products through other websites, marketplaces or your own store.

5. Vendor Share

You receive 81% of the applicable Product sale price.

CactusCraft retains the remaining 19% as its commission.

Refunds, chargebacks, reversed transactions, taxes or other amounts required by applicable law may affect the amount payable to you.

6. Vendor Payments

Vendor payments are made monthly via PayPal.

You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email address and for ensuring that your payment information is correct and up to date.

Payments may be withheld or adjusted where reasonably necessary in connection with refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, legal claims or other unresolved issues relating to your Products.

7. Product Removal

CactusCraft may remove or temporarily disable a Product if it reasonably believes that the Product violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the interests of CactusCraft or its customers.

8. Acceptance

By registering as a Vendor you confirm that you understand and agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions.

You remain the owner of your Products, you are responsible for their legality and content, and you may sell them through other channels.
