Xenon XL – 80N Turbine Sport Jet

The Xenon XL is a scaled-up version of the popular 90mm Xenon, designed for turbine propulsion systems in the 80N thrust class.

The Xenon XL is a fully 3D-printed sport jet designed for precision aerobatics and exciting flight performance. The entire airframe is printed using lightweight LW-PLA and PETG.

For those who prefer electric propulsion, the included files also offer an EDF conversion option, supporting 105–120mm EDF setups.

The Xenon XL features multiple quick, secure snap-fit connections for the wings and canopy. These allow for fast, easy assembly and disassembly at the flying field, making transportation and setup especially convenient.

Printing Information

I used ColorFabb LW-PLA with a 65% flow rate for the lightweight printed components.

The required infill percentage is specified in the filename of each individual part.
